Hyderabad: Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi-based technology company Analog to introduce Physical Intelligence in India, marking a significant milestone in the country’s journey towards AI-powered infrastructure and industrial transformation.
The collaboration aims to combine MEIL’s expertise in executing large-scale infrastructure projects with Analog’s advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to develop intelligent systems that can perceive, learn, and interact with the physical world in real time. The partnership is expected to accelerate the deployment of next-generation technologies across critical sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, industrial automation, robotics, and smart cities.

Physical Intelligence represents the next evolution of artificial intelligence by enabling machines to understand and respond to real-world environments rather than simply following programmed instructions. Through continuous learning and adaptive decision-making, the technology has the potential to enhance efficiency, safety, and operational performance across a wide range of industries.
As part of the partnership, the two companies will jointly develop intelligent infrastructure solutions, AI-enabled operational platforms, advanced sensing systems, smart mobility technologies, spatial computing applications, and robotics-driven industrial solutions. These innovations are expected to support India’s growing demand for resilient, sustainable, and technology-driven infrastructure.
Speaking on the occasion, P.V. Krishna Reddy, Managing Director of MEIL, said that infrastructure has always been the foundation of economic progress, adding that the future lies in intelligent, connected, and adaptive systems. He stated that the collaboration with Analog reflects the company’s commitment to bringing cutting-edge technologies to India and creating infrastructure that is ready for the future.
Alex Kipman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Analog, described India as one of the world’s most promising technology markets, highlighting its engineering talent, ambitious infrastructure vision, and rapidly expanding innovation ecosystem. He expressed confidence that the partnership with MEIL would enable Physical Intelligence to be deployed at scale across the country.
“Infrastructure has always been the backbone of economic growth. The future belongs to intelligent, connected and adaptive systems, and our partnership with Analog is a significant step towards bringing that future to India.”
Beyond technology deployment, the collaboration also focuses on strengthening India’s AI ecosystem through long-term investments in research, innovation, workforce development, and skill enhancement. The companies plan to work closely with startups, academic institutions, researchers, and technology professionals to build a robust ecosystem that supports future advancements in artificial intelligence.
The partnership is also expected to reinforce Hyderabad and Telangana’s position as emerging destinations for global AI investments and advanced technology development. By integrating artificial intelligence with physical infrastructure, the initiative seeks to create smarter cities, more efficient industries, and intelligent systems capable of addressing complex real-world challenges.
With this strategic alliance, MEIL and Analog aim to usher in a new era of intelligent infrastructure in India, where AI-driven technologies become an integral part of national development, industrial growth, and urban transformation.
